Kevin is a loyal Daytonian that believes high prices do not equal quality. Affordable, high quality eyewear wasn’t in Dayton before, but now with Downtown Dayton Optical getting glasses has never been easier. Kevin fully believes in helping the community one pair of glasses at a time.
Starting in 2023, he’s joined by his son Sean, who has been learning the craft at his dad’s side. Shawn left a career as a fireman/paramedic for a career that’s not as dangerous, but just as fulfilling in serving the community.

Owned and operated by Kevin Harrington, Downtown Dayton Optical has been providing affordable eye wear since 2009. All future and current customers need is a prescription before choosing from the thousands of frames Downtown Dayton Optical has to offer. Aiming to only sell you what you need, Kevin offers inexpensive deals on eye glasses that are affordable even without insurance.
